Job Description: 

  1. Hand-pack product and assist with packaging for palletization.
  2. Inspect product for quality and food safety, and perform QA checks.
  3. Set up, monitor, and adjust automated machinery, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  4. Clean and sanitize equipment and the production area.
  5. Follow safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and report any hazards.
  6. Rotate jobs and work overtime as needed.

 

Position Requirements:    

  1. Valid Tulsa Health Department food handler’s card.
  2. High School diploma or GED.
  3. Experience with food safety, batch processing, or packaging machinery, plus a strong safety record is preferred.
  4. Food manufacturing or packaging experience is preferred.
  5. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnights, weekends, and overtime.
