Position: Structural Welder

Location: Sapulpa, OK

Pay: $25/hour

Education: Must pass a T-plate, flat, and downhill weld test.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Structural Welder to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

1. Interpret and work from blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.
2. Weld structural components using MIG, TIG, and Stick (SMAW) welding processes.
3. Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and parts to specifications.
4. Use cutting torches, grinders, and other metalworking tools to prep materials.
5. Set up fixtures and welding equipment according to job requirements.
6. Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
7. Perform layout and fit-up of structural parts before welding.
8. Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other shop equipment safely.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to shop safety protocols.
10. Collaborate with machinists, fabricators, and engineers as needed.
