Pay: $65,000-$90,000/year, based on experience

Job Description:

– Serve as the management representative, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across departments

– Analyze and evaluate systems, data, products, quality control procedures, and related documentation

– Track KPIs and quality objectives, reporting progress during Management Review meetings

– Lead the Management Review meeting

– Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits

– Perform quality inspections and audits for products and the organization

– Conduct ongoing QMS training for employees and maintain training records

– Supervise, lead, and train quality control personnel

– Manage the Calibration Program for measuring equipment

– Partner with Engineering, Production, and vendors/suppliers to ensure products meet drawings, specifications, and industry standards

– Evaluate corrective actions, nonconforming material, and out-of-tolerance gages per QMS

Position Requirements:

– Hard skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of quality administration; proficient in mathematical calculations, formulas, and geometric tolerancing used in production drawings; knowledge of required measuring equipment for inspections; familiarity with applicable standards (API, ASME, NACE, ANSI, ISO, etc.); proficient in Microsoft Office and computer file management

– Soft skills: Proven leadership ability; effective written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and root-cause troubleshooting mindset; ability to train and mentor quality control staff
